I'd give him 6 months....then he'll be building an addition. :)

Looks good, Jim. Let me know when you get that paint booth operational.

its been about 11 weeks now of 730am till dark 7 days a week. I am ready for a break. I have the 85 TXDPS car almost ready to paint so I will probably spend some time in my garage working on that car in January.

i should be able to fit 14 cars, all the parts, and the truck and boat in about a third of the building....giving me room to start on some of the inside work...... which is going to be another huge undertaking. the end with the windows is going to be the 56 x 40 finished, climate controlled "showroom/storage/display" area.

thanks for the compliments....

Just make sure there's enough money left over for the RASCAL that you'll need to get from one end of it to the other.

Does the words third, forth and fifth mortgage ring true here?

Just kidding, Jim! Looks real nice. Congratulations on your success.
YOU MUST host a party when it's completed. You could even demand a covered charge and people will pay!

IF YOU BUILD IT....THEY WILL COME!!!

And as James Earl Jones said in Field of Dreams: "People will come, Ray. And you'll say 'Sure...we don't mind if you look around....it's only $20 per person'. And the people will hand over the money without even thinking.
Oh, people will come, Ray. People will most definately come."

Jim, it looks great. I am envious. I wished I did that a few years back. I would like to see it when you have everything inside and organized. It a building to be proud of.
