Yes I just bought a 1987 mustang highway patrol car and need help finding some parts for it, where do you get the light that is mounted on the left side by the windshield? What about the 130 amp alternator? And the stock 10 hole rims?
I went to the junkyard yesterday and couldnt find much for the mustang.
This car has been butchered but I want to get it back to original.
Any help is appreciated.
Pictures will come soon.

Matt,
On the light, are you referring to the spotlight or a dash-mounted light?
I don't think the 130 amp alternator was available until 1988 (Lestek brand).
Ten holes are readily available used (and cheap, still). Nice for you that your car had the blacked out version, because you can find a cheap set and have them painted or powdercoated.

The spotlight is what I am looking for.
As far as the 10 hole rims where do you recommend that I look for those to find them?
Thanks Matt

Ok...Unity S-6 (k-shaft length for the Mustang). You should be able to find a good used one on eBay (and you can swap for the correct shaft if necessary).
You should be able to find a decent set of wheels at a yard...or post up a WTB ad on any of the Mustang forums (including here, Corral, etc).
Post up some pics when you can.

Welcome to the site! There were a few spotlights on ebay a few weeks back. What agency is your car from?
