First off we would like to thank Marcos for helping us get the FHP accident reports on our '89 FHP#1623 and our '91 FHP#1395 and Phil (FHP#1118) with insight on shooting us in the right direction for helping us get these accident pictures. These pictures give us the history on both of these cars. The pictures in the link are for FHP#1395. From the accident report the story goes that FHP Trooper Michael Folsom Troop F out of Bradenton had just clocked a speeder and was in pursuit at that time he had FHP#1395 up to apx. 90 MPH from his report. When a Ford Ranger pickup truck pulled in front of him at a medium cross over. It was apx. 10:30pm. He then locked the brakes up and he couldn't avoid hitting the rear end of the Ranger pickup truck causing front end damage to #1395. They charged the driver with a illegal U-turn. Damage to #1395 was driver fender, front bumper, core support, air bag, hood, and was apx. $5,000 of damage on the report. The car was repaired with Ford replacement parts. FHP#1395 continued In-Service until late part of 1996. You'll notice in the pictures FHP#1395 didn't have the rear trunk seal???. Pictures are from January 10, 1995.

Wow!! Great pictures. More to be put into the In-Service section and great documentation for you and your cars. Glad I could help but FHP1118 was also great in helping get the pictures.

TOO COOL! I just love it when a plan comes together! I like the third photo from the top with the X through it check out the tires all armor all'd up. Good to see the officers had some pride in these cars he proboably cried when it got hit.
