I like the new body, but Ford is going to have to step it up with the 4.6 motor. The Chevy Camaro and Dodge Challenger motors will crush the mustangs 4.6 out of the box.

True about the horsepower deal but..... been waiting for Camaro for how many years and maybe now it doesn't fit into GM's bail out plan, may get cut. Maybe same thing with Challenger, if they don't sell enough to make money on it will go bye-bye too. Hate too see either car cancelled and hope for the best but may not fit into future GM / Chrysler plans. Hope Ford keeps standing on their own and not need my tax money to fix their poor management too.... the Mustang could maybe disappear too

Certainly doesn't hurt the Mustang that Bill Ford often drives one (a red convertible) to work in the summer!
