Need info about Unity spot

Could anybody send me a sheme to locate correctly the hole to place the arm of the Unity spot ? Also I need to replace the switch and wire, part #6453-0001 could anybody tell me where to find it, I want to order by email, I cann't go myself to the dealer ... :D Thanks

Do you still need to know where to mount the unity spotlight?
I can measure where the holes in mine are.

Thank you, but a estimated the place approximately and I try on an old body, then I report the measure on my winshield post.
