every time I have contact with a person who served, I thank them for their service to our country. without their service and those who have served in the past, we would not be free.

+1 and the only other thing is I don't get why people say "HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY". When I reflect back on past wars and friends I lost in the service, the one thing that never passes my mind is that it was a happy loss.
