Thanks to everyone for the interest. Getting the mechanical parts on will be a challenge for me, not that the decaling wasn't.

Thanks George, I only have records of an '87 and a '88. Both are in bad shape but yours has come out very nice. Can't wait to see more of it. Great job!!

Dan (ex87wsp) has a 87 WI. Maybe you could give him the info you have on the 87s. He going to restore it. Thanks for the interest and compliment.

Just curious, does anyone know the whereabouts of George's old car? It's the only WI car I am aware of.

I love the dark blue, decaled SSPs. Plus, I always liked George's car. We actually have his old Nebraska car.

I would like to find one. As part of a special display in our museum, we want to have at least one SSP from every state highway patrol agency they were utilized in-service.

Did you buy the NE SSP from George or after his sad passing? George brought it to a show here with me a few short months prior.

It was after. I never had the privilege of meeting George.

It would be a shame to let a WI SSP go to the grave. Very few of them around.

Yes he was a great person...a real loss, but I'm glad to have known him.

I apologize, unfortunately, we do not own George's NE car. I was misinformed. In talking with fellow members yesterday, we were able to clarify.

I still have the '87 WI car. I have all the equipment for it etc, but it is still unrestored. Planned on having it done this year, but divorce is currently postponing that

I haven't seen any of George's cars since his passing....

I just realized that a set of four pictures I have of an '87 WI car, is your own car. That is not going to help you any. :D
