Nice find. It looks like this car has popped up before (over on ORG).

If interested Dad has picks and carfax information, Also there is no documentation in the Jefferson County PD records. This car has Louisville buck tags.It is not Kentucky State police. There are other vin's that are close to that one but that one doesn't show up. Also carfax may help prove that it was not in service.
