Not sure where it's from... you can't even see the steering wheel to tell if it is a non-cruise wheel or not. No ground straps under the hood, but the hinges have been changed as they are blue and the rest of the engine bay is black and the hood is red.

The insterior is all different colors and I am sure if it has a supercharger on it it will more than likely have subframes welded to it as well. Clean sharp car and should be an easy restore but will take some parts finding and removal.

It could be an FHP car, but it could have also been another agency. FL DHSMV shows the title branded as POLICE, and it came out of service in 1997 with 75K miles on it.

FHP cars didn't have the ground straps in 1993, which I never really paid attention to until this week. :)

Confirmed FHP, sold with 74,801 on it on 06/14/97 (for $3800).
