Hi yaz, Just wanted to take a minute and say hello. My name is doug and i am the site owner of insanemustangs.com

I currently own 6 mustangs: 2004 Ford Mach 1, 1995 Ford Mustang GT Convertible, 1992 Twin Turbo'd Mustang GT, 1988 Ford Mustang GT, 1988 Ford Mustang LX and a 1980 Ford Mustang.

I have owned my mustangs for quite a few years now and have been an enthusiast for as long as i can remember. I too have been thinking about adding another car to my collection, so i am looking seriously at buying an ssp car. I first have to do some research on ssp cars and try to figure out what exactly i am going to be looking for. Still kind of up in the air since i am not really made of money, but i want either a 1970 ford mach 1 or an ssp car.

Anyways, that's a bit about me and i just wanted to say hello.

Thanks for the warm welcome all, and i am pretty much sold on an ssp car, just have a few bills to pay off and then i will step into one. I am hoping to buy one that is done, i know it sounds wierd, but i just don't want to go through the headache of building one from a bucket. I already have a twinturbo bucket and it just never stops costing me money. Even though i really want a mach 1 to go with my newer one, i feel something special when i see these ssp cars, they just seem so rare and such a privelage to own.
