I have a 1991 Mustang, it's a former FHP car that had def seen better days when I got it. I do know that it was plate # FHP-631. This was in some of the paperwork that corresponds with the Vin#.

Would love to see some pics if anyone were to have any.

Here is a pic of it now. I kinda wish I had restored it but at the time I got my hands on it I had other intentions on my mind. Built a nice clean street driver out of it, car is complete now, right down to working a/c and heat.

Welcome to the forum. Have you checked out our in-service picture section? Lots of good info here so feel free to ask away.

Thanks. I didn't see the pic of your car when I read this the first time. Looks very sharp.

FHP cars are pretty easy to find, depending on what you are looking for and how far you are willing to travel (or ship).

Welcome to the forum! Your car looks awesome, so don't feel bad about it not being returned to in-service condition. These cars are fun to enjoy, whether it's restoring them, driving them, showing them, or racing them (shhh, I didn't say that). But the best part is meeting other SSP enthusiasts (via online or at events) who share our love for these cars.

Haha! Since I'm banished from the UASSP (that's United Association of SSP Purists, right?), I figured I might as well take my daily driver SSP to the track! :p

You DID....the go-cart track. :bouncy:

I don't think you got banished...just placed into the "we'll get him to come around" category.

That's still a good thing....there's some people who just can't be helped.

I took mine to the track to see just how quick this car could chase down a Porsche! :)

Thanks for the compliments guys. It's a blast and makes about the 4th ssp car I have owned. Finally had to find the right one to keep!
