I ordered a 2010 SHO the last week of July and it finally showed up last Friday. I sold the 67 T-Bird Saturday morning and picked up the SHO Saturday afternoon. What a car! I can't believe how far Ford has come with their design and build quality since the original SHO. This car is a blast to drive. I got the performance and audio packages with a Ingot Silver exterior and black/charcoal interior. With current Ford incentives and my wife's X-Plan I saved $7k off the sticker and opted for the 36 month 0% interest loan through Ford Credit. Even got to try it out in the snow yesterday. I'll be keeping this one for a long time.

Cool! I love the new Taurus, Ford hit a home run on it, I bet the SHO is a blast to drive. Post up some pics.

Awesome! Is the SHO AWD? If Ford doesn't install the 400hp Coyote 5.0L in the CVPI's in 2012, that hopped up V6 Taurus should make for an excellent police vehicle.
EDIT: I have heard nothing official that the Coyote 5.0L will be going into the CVPI's, but I wouldn't mind starting an internet rumor in the hopes that Ford hears it and decides not to kill the Vic's after 2011.

With Chevy coming out with the new Caprice police car and a new Charger due out very soon I don't see how Ford can abondon the police car market and let the Vic die. I doubt they'd put the new 5.0 in it, but it would be cool if they did. If they would bring the Vic back to retail sales, put in the new 5.0and a new interior design I still think there is a market for a high-performance, rear-drive, full-size car like a Crown Vic. The Maruader was a weak attempt, too bad they probably won't try again.

Nice, I like it. There's one like it at the Ford dealer here in town....or it least it was there this past weekend.

I've been seeing quite a few of the SHO's at the office for a few weeks now. Great looking car! Looking forward to a chance to drive in, or actually drive, one.
