I think the seller is a dealer that has listed here before or is a member.

Ya, thats the car I offered $9,500 to the previous owner for that he declined then sold it for that amount on Ebay. Same car, lots of documentation on the accident and pictures of the investigation too.

I hate it when a "member" (who is also a dealer) doesn't offer the car to other members first.

Lightbar is incorrect, as are the rear decklights and the switchbox inside.

I think $9500 is about right.

I think we can say dealers make their money on newcomers who will pay higher than experienced people and don't know the parts and cars as well.
That said I agree club to club sales would make everyone feel our group has
an exclusive market which would be a nice benefit even if not the most profitable option for the seller. I dont believe I will ever sell mine as it has meaning to me but I now swear to offer it here upon my death or revocation of my license. I also swear loyalty to the united association of purists because of the ethic it stands for. Anyone 2ond this?

if you look at the inservice pics believe it had those oddball decklights.
but agree lightbar and switchbox are wrong!

price is probably about right too.

They are round and blue, but not correct. The correct lights are pretty hard to find.

+1.

It's all about looking out for each other; not the almighty dollar (around here, at least).

We also don't have much of the "look at me....ooooh ooooh, look at me" syndrome here, either.

If I had the money I would love to have that car...right next to the '88.
