Not sure that it's silver in the engine compartment, but the price might be right (depending on the cowl damage).

judging by the hole in the dash I was guessing FHP. didn't look real close though.

Yeah...not an FHP car (or so says Carfax). Looks like it first came of out service in 1998. VIN is within range of other '93 SCHP cars also.
