Stainless Door Trim

I'm going to be changing doors on my 86 and was wondering how to swap the stainless door trim?

You very carefully pull toward the center opening in the window frame. I pulled mine off to replace the window moldings. Not hard at all. Just give it a good and looking at and attack it with light pressure and ONLY your hands and maybe a small flathead screw driver to pry GENTLEY
