IMHO worth 20k. I have seen the car and it is nice but it is way overpriced.

Lacking the SSP mystique, this one really does not do anything for me other than it being just a nice low mile Fox Body Mustang. :read:

I'm with Mike on this one...no history or story to tell with this car. I would rather one that got some use...but that's just me.

maybe worth about 5 or 6k since it is so clean i would even go as high as 7k if you are looking for a clean fox body this was supposed to be an ssp car but never was almost only counts in horse shoes.
I was supposed to win the lottery but due to budget problems i couldnt afford the dollar for the ticket so i am still broke.

And while some might say the story for a car like this is that it was "rejected" (or whatever the case actually was) by the state I think most SSP enthusiasts want the real deal, which is why we got into this niche to begin with. For me the story for a car like this just isn't compelling no matter how few (or many) Mustangs are in this category. Just my 2 cents.

Let's not get crazy. That's a 20k car all day long (good luck getting 32k).
As far as it being an SSP it is, just never in service. I agree it doesn't have the allure of an in service car but a beautiful car nonetheless. You can thank the flippers for the inflated price tag.

Regardless of the flipperhype attached to this one, the car was NOT ordered by the SCHP. The dealer fudged the order number and had four of these "extra" cars sold before they were delivered. I am friends with a guy that bought one the day they arrived.
crap in........crap out.

This car belongs to Madison Automotive in Bridgeport Conn. They have listed it before for $26K I believe. For those not from here, Bridgeport is the crack capital of my state as you can plainly see here

You didn't miss much.....just a guy trying to sell a never-in-service SSP for about 12K more than it's worth. That's about a 60% mark up. It's no different than the TX car that was on eBay recently that didn't sell for 13.5K (or $8500, which was the last reserve mentioned). Also about a 60% mark-up there.
