View Full Version : Drivers side spotlight

This week I put on the drivers side spotlight. I could have saved myself some trouble if I knew that the Unity installation kit 221 is supposed to be for the passengers side. It came with the 221 kit for the drivers side. After some filing on the bracket and a round file to clean up the hole in the a pillar I finally got it installed. Now, I think I am going to order another 221 kit and do the passenger side.

Nice. I'd like to have one on my car. But as far as I can see, it never did have one.

Jack, that looks great on your SSP. Good luck with the other side. I know that the original holes on mine looked like they were made with an air chisel!

More pics....the 221 bracket worked alot better on the passengers side.

Looks great Jack! That 2nd pic of the hole looks ALOT like mine did. Thankfully the bracket hides the ugliness of the hole.
