FS: 1992 NCSHP license plate

1992 NCSHP plate, hard to find these. This has been hanging in my office for a while. Just got an original 83 plate for my SSP. Decided I'd sell this one to help fund my resto. Decent used condition. $50 shipped to lower 48.
