Hi everyone, I'm new here. I've had a Minnesota SSP for over 4 years now and did not realize how rare this car was until now. I started restoring it but at the time I had no interest in restoring it to an in service condition. Like many others out there, I was gonna fix it up and make it a drag car. But, not anymore! We'll see how far I go on the restoration of it. It is in pretty tough shape from the years of being up north. It didn't surive like MOstang's MSP SSP, but it was not modified either. Here's the buck tags. I've got a picture of the car, but its to big and I can't get it to upload. Thanks for a wonderful site!

Jeremy - Glad to see you've joined the forum  . 1 of 20 the MSP purchased for their only model year of use - 1989. I'll be glad to help out in any way that I can. I'll be back in touch re: your email. My folks just made the trip up from Missouri and arrived a few hours ago.

Thanks guys, it's great to have discovered how rare of a car I have. It's mostly in pieces right now, going through a complete restoration. I've put it on hold for a few diffferant reasons. Mostly cause my daughter races a Jr. dragster and I drag race as well. That stuff and work has me busy most of the time. But, I'll be working on it again over this winter and we'll see how it goes. I'll get some pics of the progress up and keep all of you informed how it's coming. Here is what my SSP looked like when I got it and what it looked like when before starting on the restoration.

Thanks again, Jeremy

Welcome to the forum!!! As relatively rare as SSP's are, those MN cars are even harder to find. Keep the pictures coming as you make progress on the car.
