Sudden Loss of work forces sale of my long time toy! Been around the car since 1992!
1989 Mustang LX , Scarlet Red, Grey Int. 54K ORIGINAL MILES!
Orig 5.0 car with it's orig 302 heartbeat , stock cam, alum headed, EFI vict jr intake. NEW TO4R Turbo with ported cold side !
AOD , 9.5" converter ,only 3passes on it .
All orig susp other than upper /lower / anti-roll from UPR
8.8, 3.27 gear
10 point roll bar
Accel DFI
NO A/C,P/S,!!!!!
Retains power windows/ locks
Drag lites w-new rear Mickey Thopmson slicks 28X10.5 , The quarter panel lip is still intact! not rolled.
Last time out , 9.97@133mph , has 60' 1.32 with NO trans brake !
The parts list goes on and on!
Take a look at other race cars listed on CL and then come take a look at mine and your jaw will drop an the overall condition of this 89 LX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This car cas been off the road for almost 15yrs !!!! and is in Super Clean Orig Condition!
This is one of the cleanest, fastest, low mile race cars in the country!!!!!
car is located in McAllen TX , south of SA about 3.5hrs.
