that's sad i'm so close to it and yet so far away LOL.. and i'm guessing otoe county sheirff... because i known of 2 so far 1 being a very rare frost sliver in color and a white 1..

i know of 2 cars that nebraska city used 1 being a sliver frost and a white one but i haven't seen the white 1 for a while so maybe it's state or county. and it's to long of a drive to check it out for me. considering it's a 400 mile round trip to me LOL.
