To buy or not to buy 89 ssp mustang

Ok fellow stang lovers...i have.the.chance to buy an 89 ssp mustang all documented, no accidents, 93k original miles.....id be the third owner...never been touched with no mods rust or damage....the guy is asking 4500....is this.a good deal? Any comments or advice I would appreciate!

I think those are two must have fox bodies. Cobra and a ssp!
