Interesting...he bolted the buck tags to the radiator support.

on my 87 FHP they were still screwed to the core support also. Not sure when they started the stapling process. My 88 MOHP bucktags were also screwed on the same way.

Equipment list shows 158 total units, which is the exact number of consecutive P40E VINs I came up with.

welcome! I'd buy this one for sure if i don't have this ssp I'm restoring slowly, hope someone can save this nice shape 87 FHP ssp, I've not seen single 87 FHP SSP all intact except Jim Young's 87 FHP SSP.
Thanks for posting that one up!

It's only worth what you're willing to pay. Yes, I know that's a vague answer, but you need to decide if the car meets your wants/needs and whether or not it is worth the expense. It still hasn't met reserve.

Probably not a salvage title based solely on the above info. Seller claims the title is clear, although that might be something to contact him about before bidding.

That FHP might be the car that the patrol ordered in California, had it shipped to Florida and painted it black and tan, so the Governor could have a car to take his mistress on a date and be able to shift gears and play with the siren...but I could be wrong.

Yeah, that's what I heard but I have no documentation to prove the claims...

I have talked to the owner, he said it is not a slavage title...said it has a clear title in his hands, just kinda weird said it has a corrected title in the carfax repeort.... but it will need some work for sure according to the add on fleabay. . .

Mine is 170979, still finding bits and pieces of info. I also have contacted the buyer and the seller of this car in hopes of getting a full page copy of the DSO 24-0069 Special Equipment List that was pictured in the listing. FINGERS CROSSED......
