Trunk equipment placement

OK, I finally found a nice Micor system but now was wondering how to mount it. I see all the holes but need to know if it is mounted with or without the carpet in place. Are there any special brackets or trays that I need?

Gary,

Your call on whether to leave the carpet down or not. Did you get a key with the radio tray? If you open the tray, the mounting bracket is built into the bottom of the case.

The equipment is being shipped on Monday so I hope I get a key with it. Thanks for the info.

No prob...sometimes I think they are left unlocked, but if not, the keys aren't too hard to find.
