Mystery Hole?

I continued taking the 86 UHP apart today and after removing the rear bumper cover I saw this weird hole ( to the left of the right bumper strut ). Definitely not factory but I can't see it being an equipment hole. The car was rear ended in 1995 so maybe the hole was cut to pull something??? Can't seem to post the pic. Can someone post it for me if I email them?

Looks like a PULL HOLE... It tore out too.

Had a couple of my freinds take a peek ( both body technicians ) and they say it looks like some kind of equipment hole. Did UHP run CB antennas from the rear bumpers?

They ran antennas but not under the body like that... That looks like a where some one tried to fix or repair but not a profesional body man...
