I think that person has been trying to it for awhile now....probably because the price is so high.

It actually is pretty rare. Check out the '93 B&W that we have posted up here: http://www.specialservicemustang.net/Brochures.html There's extra ordering info and preferred equipment packages (PEPs) listed in them, too.
