NM seems to be the land of the impersonator. I've seen many of these reports over the years from this area. He claims that he didn't impersonate, then why the strobes? Dumb!!

That guy was lucky he only got a misdemeanor citation. There's a similar gray Tahoe running around here that has lights in the grill - pure wannabe.

I have a friend that years back had a square body caprice with lights and sirens. He wouldn't go impersonating a cop though.
One time he was in a rock quarry at 2am and turned on all the lights and started doing donuts. Then another car pulled in and more red and blue lights came on. But the cop just did some donuts too and then left, turning off his lights as he went. lol
