Rear Axle Pumpkin stand? Too small for a engine or transmission stand.

It's some sort of carrier. It seems to have rounded handles and a "tray" shaped base, to hold something like a battery or road hazard equipment.

....I think lol

Richard...... i still do not know? someone thought it was a concrete stamp and i did find it
in the construction trash bin behind our house i really don't know what it is or part of?

I like the shoe cleaner idea best so far.but to date it has been a gun painter holder thingie.
