What do you guys think about the other sections? Still working on the tech sections, but I think we have some pretty good stuff there thus far.

Bret,

Are you talking about here in the forums? My question was for tech stuff out on the regular website.

I think we could do a few more forum sections....I just wanted to get this one up and running.

I'm all for the Mustang only, I know their are other types of cars, but it's cool to know were all on the same page.:D

I agree. Leave the other for EVOOA. Like the site so far, Mike. The techinical section is great. Detailed pics of the parts and part numbers help those in search of these rare items.

I think the addition of this site is good. I always have been and always will be a Ford freak (Mustang Freak) and I now have a place to go when I don't feel like hearing about someones B4C or 9C1 or even a Charger w/a Hemi. My only interest is in SSP's. Like alot of people, I was into SSP's before they were cool also. I was lucky enough to have worked on one several times when I worked for a Ford dealer years ago and became good freinds with the officer that was assigned to it. Glad to be a member of this site also. Doug

I with you....not knocking B4Cs or others, but I have no interest in them personally .

I am also interested in just SSP Mustangs forum. There are many other sites dedicated to the many other Police vehicles but too many to be discussed on a SSP site. I do enjoy seeing other Police vehicles but SSP's are special and deserve their own site. Your doing a great job on this site. Thanks.

Is this going to be MAINLY for SSP Mustangs only or it can include Fox bodied mustangs? they are all the exact same except SSP's having Heavy duty goodies and better electricial system and etc, you know the list so forth.. just wondering..

Yes MJ, this forum is going to be 99.9 percent focused on Special Service Mustangs. I am sure from time to time something else my pop up briefly but our intention here is to be SSP specific and present the most accurate information possible. Between this site and SSPMustang.org a person should have tons of info they need to help them learn about and restore their cars. I think a "for sale" section is on the horizon also given some of the requests received by new members so stay tuned. :)

What I would really like to see is a picture section that shows dash and trunk shots of various SSPs with equipment installed. I've been trying to track down pictures for my restoation since about April with no luck so far. This could maybe go in the restoration section?

Gary,

I agree...I have some interior shots of in-service cars, but I'll have to go through what I have (on my old computer). I'd like to see sections over on the Resto area from as many different states as we can.
