I bought it from an electircal shop in Georgia. The guy said it was new never used. Internals look new, outside has some storage wear. It is Model number 9135F which I believe to be correct for the SSP cars. The bolt spread is correct for a standard Ford alternator. To use this alternator you need two ring terminals and two female spade terminals, unless you have a double female spade plug, which should not be all that hard to find. It also includes the correct serpentine belt pulley. 275.00 shipped to your door.

Where these used on SSP cars when new? Or as replacements?
Must be rare for the asking price:puke:
But I don't have money, so it seems like a lot LOL.

yes they were used on SSP cars when new, they were an optional upgrade offered by Ford starting in 1988 or 1989.

yes they are rare.

the price isn't high considering there are very very few left, and the last one sold by PPI was to the tune of 500.00.
