First off, welcome to the forum! :)

There is an 82 CHP Mustang (1 of 394 SSP coupes produced that year) for sale in California, which was listed on Four Eyed Pride:

As stated in that thread, the seller claims the car is CHP Unit E870544, and has a VIN ending in 213409, which is part of the known batch of 82 CHP Mustangs. Some of the regulars will remember this car as an all-white car with a maroon 85/86 front-end. The seller says the car runs great. I never got his name, but his phone number is 916-410-6269.
