Oh I also found out that "Sam Patric" from the "Popular Mechanics" July 1984 issue was one of the GSP's driving instructors.

I've got a solid white 89 SSP That has GEORGIA on the buck tag. I've been told that the GSP had two solid white Mustangs; a solid black Mustangs; a solid blue Mustang and a solid red Mustang (this one belonging to the old Fleet Manager). This is a pic of a solid white crown vic only says capital police instead of Georgia State Patrol, but it was in a GSP annual so it must be a division of the GSP...

Car on far left of pic #5 in post #9 looks like a Fox LTD...H.O. 5.0L, AOD, 3.08 T-L, handling suspension.

Yea meant to write that in comments but got in hurry :-) lol I know sspcentral was looking for pics of those. Hopefully my contact will dig out the other annuals and let me borrow them :-)
