This one looks like one that had been for sale recently in Connecticut. The seller never got back to me with pictures. The car sold as I recall, so this MAY be the new owner trying to sell it.

Do we have any idea how many NSPs there were in 1991, or does anyone know of one of have any VINs? There are none yet in the VIN Project.

Only group of 28 is MF170431-MF170458. .ORG claims there were 69 used that year. Perhaps the group of 40 immediately preceding the 28 are also Nebraska?

This was the car for sale up in CT. I asked the previous owner to come and look at it, but he said someone was confirmed on his way up to buy it.
Not sure how I missed this. Going to go and look at this as soon as I can.

And when I talked to the owner who was offering it, it needed alot of work. He said that the heating system would probably need replacing. Curious to see what if anything they did to this.

I have been chatting with the owner. The car is in the body shop, and he's interested in learning more about how the car was equipped. He sent me some pictures, which I used with permission to add this car to our VIN Project -
