Hey everybody! Just joined up, been on FEP for a while. I've wanted an SSP for years, I've recently acquired two, an 86 UHP car, and an 83 SSP that myself and a few others are trying to find out what agency it came from. Both of my cars will need a complete resto, so I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions along the way. I've been lurking around on here for a while and this is a great resource and I'm happy to be a part of it!

Yea, never seen anything like that ...
Post up some pics in members SSP section. Maybe someone else has seen something similar? It's also a great place to document your build

Welcome! Has this car been confirmed to be a GA SSP? Whatever it is, you've got a rare one indeed. Pics please.

Thanks guys! As soon as I get a dash hull in it I think I'm gonna start driving it more. The PO got frustrated while pulling the dash to install a heater core and smashed it to peices with a hammer :(.

:No no:
Some people have no business owning a Mustang, much less a SSP...

It's 760109. Yep red interior car. The buck tag confirms it's factory red. What color is yours?

Well it looks much better than mine. I've got a fair amount of rust repair on the shock towers. My car spent quite a few years in Missouri unfortunately. Can't wait to see what you have in the works! Oh and do you know the unit # for you're car?

Oh, and not only did the PO smash the dash with a hammer, but used the seats and carpet as an ashtray as well. I'm just glad he didn't get frustrated trying to pull off a fender or something lol.

I have no idea. I was hoping you could tell me lol. I've looked the car over pretty well and haven't been able to find anything that would relate to that. I was kinda "fishing" with that ?. I figured if you knew yours maybe I could find out how to get mine.
