This is from an alleged 93 GSP Mustang. First GSP did not order any Mustangs in 1993. I believe the confusion came in with this Lightbar window decal. Back in the day, all emergency vehicles with emergency lights had to have one of these decal affixed to the windshield. City, County everyone. They were issued by the GSP and so naturally had GEORGIA STATE PATROL written across top portion of decal. The agency would send in a request with # of vehicles ,Vin #'s and unit #'s and make model etc. Plus $10 each. GSP would fill in decal send it to the agency and the officer that applied decal was supposed to sign off upon doing so ( this one appears unsigned).
Here is a discussion on this car from a few years back

Here are two pictures showing the VIN to the lightbar unit as a SSP '93. It was a unit in the State of GA. I can't confirm for sure if it was GSP. Looks to be more a Clayton Co. GA car. Maybe Sheriff's Office there. I have pictures of this car going back to 2010.
