First Show with the '85 CHP

Waited patiently for the nice weather to hit up here in Canada and proud to say my '85 CHP and I were in our first show of the season, it was an indoor show with about 150 cars and I was in a class of 12 "Mustangs", car showed well, met hundreds and hundreds of people curious about my car, and stories that went on and on...very good time.
Placed 2nd which I was happy, but it was the 2nd year for a show that was strong many years ago and is rebuilding after a 18 year hiatus, and they didn't give trophies to 2nd or 3rd, only a piece of paper and a cheque for $25, (which btw could have bought me a trophy lol)

Thanks guys, John, there's information to show it served in Redding CA office for 2 years than was used as a back up elsewhere. I also have the gentleman from CHP that owned the car after being sold off from CHP

and I was so over protective talking to people about the paint, its 17 years old and has a few swirls and stuff but actually shows fantastic for the time period, but next week it is going to get polished so I can shave while looking at it lol
