Since my Kentucky car is progrerssing well towards back in service status, and the 1993 FHP Car has not left the barn all summer, I think it is time to see if there is interest in the Florida Car. If you are interested in the car, send me an email at garym@kih.net and we can talk about it. The price for now will be at $11,500 which is the amout of money that I have in the car. I am only going to list the car on SSP sites, because I have spent alot of time and money returning it from it's previous life as a race car. Several members on this site have seen the car in person. It is not perfect, but it is a great SSP to have. The car is currently sporting a set of black powder coated 10 hole wheels, but I do have the original aluminum 10 holes that go with the car. I have many more pictures of the rebuild of the car along with current pictures.

Not many interior pictures, only the early days with wires hanging everywhere. FHP-0719 is now sporting a factory shift knob instead of the flashy red one. Vector Smartbar controller, Whelen SW-295 siren, Arrow stick controller all function as designed. Spot light works, but not wired. Interior shot shows oil pressure gauge mounted in a pillar pod. I had a lot of trouble with oil pressure before the engine rebuild, I installed the gauge to keep an eye on oil pressure. Never a problem since engine rebuild. Now the gauge could be removed for a better in service look.

Looks like FHP-0719 will be headed North to a new member on this site. He is currently looking for a good shipper to deliver the car to him. If anyone has a recommendation, please post it up.

This is who I used very recently. I have no complaints! Very reputable, he cares about the cars(he's a car guy himself) and it's enclosed transport for very reasonable prices.

still dosent surprise me how most shows are rigged towards club members then just the actual cars that are there.

The club (Performance Ford Club of Minnesota) I belong to does not allow member's cars to be judged at our annual show. They are marked "for display only" and not issued a numbered placard. The all-Ford show is a top 21 show which is voted on by the participants (not the club members). We had 102 cars last month at our annual show hosted by a local Ford dealer, with 150 cars being the largest turnout 3 years ago. I think our policy makes for a lot less grumbling come award time at a show.
