I have for sale a ex florida highway patrol mustang. The car started it's life in florida as a state highway patrol car. It was then brought to indiana and driven for a short time. The previous owner cracked the block and started to rebuild then lost interest. The car has no engine, no trans, no exhaust, no hood and the rims do not go with it but it will have wheels on it. Price is 400 or partial trade.

It's in the VIN Project but currently nothing more than a screen cap from the FL DHSMV page. http://www.specialservicemustang.net/VINlist/FHP/FHPdmv/info206987.htm

Thanks! The 83's mostly just been sitting in the garage. I'm trying to locate all of the interior peices I need, wiring harness, etc. to build it. I'm having a heck of a time finding early black interior stuff.

I'll try to keep an eye out for some. I just included all I had with the 83 I traded for the 92 GSP I got a month or so ago ...

I noticed this car carries a canceled Florida title. In FL we can never put a car with a canceled title back on the road. Does this convey to other states?

In Georgia we don't need titles for any vehicle 1985 and older... Not sure about Ten?

We still have to have titles for older vehicles in TN. I'm not sure what the cancelled title thing is all about, but I have a good Indiana title for the car.

Per the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles - Vehicle Information Check website (https://services.flhsmv.gov/MVCheckWeb/InquiryView.aspx) (a screen cap is provided on the VIN Project page for EF206987 (http://www.specialservicemustang.net/VINlist/FHP/FHPdmv/info206987.htm)), FL title #40721876 was issued on 8/29/2005 and the (current) Florida title status is "Cancelled". I don't know what that means on the website or how it translates to the actual status of the Florida state-issued title. It's a moot point if you have a good Indiana title for it.
