The description (all-caps!) claims that the seller is a ebay noob (at least in terms of selling cars), but the seller has a large amount of feedback at 100%. So would he be a broker for the seller? If so, maybe his additional fee is the reason for the $35K opening bid!

The VIN for this car is 1FABP40E2HF202540, which is the prior VIN to this low mileage, never-in-service SSP (with the same DSO number) -

I see the seller has revised the opening bid down to a more reasonable $22.5K (just a bit of sarcasm in my voice). He's still a bit high at that price, IMO. The mileage is relatively low, but the car is not fresh off the showroom floor either. It will need some attention to make it MCA show-worthy. The car also has no service history, which basically makes it as interesting as a regular civilian 5.0L coupe to most collectors.

I'm not trying to knock the seller/owner - just weighing in on the topic...

I ran an AC report on this VIN a couple of years ago. Odometer reading was 7503 miles in 2008. So only driven 7500 miles in 21 years?

Starting price dropped again to $21,499.99.

The other Strike Force car had a "winning bid" of $15,555 on ebay 2½ years ago with 07312 on the odometer.

It's funny how both of these "Strike Force" cars are low-mileage examples of never-in-service SSPs, and that their mileages are so close to each other.

Seller has added a couple pics of the buck tags. It is confirmed as a "MASS STRIKE FORCE" car.

I was curious and did a quick google search. Have I found and posted the correct information for the Mass Strike Force aka Massachusetts Environmental Strike Force?

"The Strike Force is an interagency unit comprised of scientists and engineers from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), environmental police officers from the Department of Fish & Game, State Police, and prosecutors from the Office of the Attorney General. The Strike Force gathers evidence during undercover investigations, carefully builds cases against alleged environmental violators, then takes them to court. Violations range from unlicensed removal of asbestos to illegal filling of wetlands, unlawful dumping of trash to willful pollution of our water or air."
