Help identifying antenna

Can someone positively identify the large antenna on the right quarter panel? Or better yet have one they'd be willing to part with? Thanks

Bobby I have a pile of those. I will see how nice of one I can find. I think I have an NOS one in the tube still from a bunch of crap I bought at my PD auction years ago. You can have it.
