I sent the seller a note asking for photos to document this car being parted out (or perhaps being made into a race car).

The seller sent me a corner shot of his title. The last numbers of the VIN are LF191683, which is located right in between two DSO 83-0115 cars. He did not offer up if the car was being parted or if the K-member was removed to slip in a lighter aftermarket unit.
