I found it in a driveway near where I live. I'm trying to buy it from the guy. Its in pretty bad shape and has been sitting for 8 years. The owner says he purchased it from the CHP auction in Torrence(Was there a CHP auction in Torrence??)

If it was bought from there then most likely the car saw service in the southern end of the state.
