"where ___ is out of" as is which U.S. government agency or department used it? Unless you have a window sticker with the agency name at the bottom, or paperwork from when the vehicle was sold at auction with the agency name on it, nobody knows.

What year and last 6 of the VIN would be helpful. I do have info on some of them.

191614 it’s a 90 also would a Marti Report show?

Marti report only shows how Ford built the car (options, dates, etc), and the dealer that sold it. Neither Ford nor Marti would have any info on which U.S. agency or department used it. Maybe if there was a warranty claim they might know something but even if there were a warranty claim, that info most likely has been purged by now, as we're talking about a 29-year-old car here.

Marti report will only tell you that the DSO is "U.S. Government". It will not tell you which agency ordered it (GSA) or used it.

Hmm so that will be the mystery

I do not have anything on that VIN or DSO.

GSA orders cars for most fed agencies, so like Mick said, the Marti will not give you anything further.

The GSA (or General Services Administrations) provides many support services for Federal Agencies. These services have commonly included: Purchasing, Fleet Management and Real Estate/Property Management Services, for example.
