Have most parts excluding trans. Looks to have been repainted only once.

Nice! If this one is not already listed in our SSP VIN Project (http://www.specialservicemustang.net/VINlist/VIN.html), can you post up a photo of the VIN label on the driver's door or a clear shot(s) of the Buck Tags?

Looks good. Does it still have the aluminum P tag # screwed inside the door frame (front side)?

Not Missouri.With some help I found the tag near the left front headlight;" Louisville"

Yes, evidently not a Missouri State Highway Patrol SSP with the Louisville buck tag.

I agree, Mike. I also like seeing state-agency SSPs being used by a second jurisdiction. It adds to the car's history.
