1983 NCSHP SSP

Here's one of the original 50 unmarked Mustangs North Carolina purchased in 1983. All were 4 speed SROD's. Notice the license plate. The Patrol normally used a plate that began HP followed by 1,2,3,or 4 digits depending on the rank of the officer driving the car, but some of the unmarked cars had the first digit moved next to the HP to make it less obvious. I appreciate your help. When I saved the pictures, I rotated them, but when I downloaded them to the post, it put them back to their original position. Mr. Moser doesn't live too far from me, Monroe, NC. I'll try to contact him and get more information on the car.
