I agree - it looks to be a FHP paint scheme that has been marked as a Tennessee car.

Did the Tennessee Highway Patrol ever have SSPs? I don't recall ever reading on any of them at the various SSP sites.

It was reported on the other forum that "Tennessee Highway Patrol tried a Mustang but never bought more". I do not know if that was rooted in fact or speculation.

It was that joint THP/FHP Task Force to put hideous wheels on a SSP. Maybe some ham and egger will try to sell it for $35,000. Smdh...
