Trunk Lock Retaining Clip

I am replacing the locks on my SSP to a single key format. When replacing the trunk locckk I noticed the retainer clip missing. The rivet had been removed and the wrong clip was used to jerry rig the lock in place.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the proper retainer clip?

That search will bring up a variety of trunk lock retainers for a Mustang. Hopefully it helps.

You can also try searching on LMR or NPD’s site too as they are the largest vendors of reproduction (and some NOS) Mustang parts.
