Bullitt #2189. I'm going with David's theory on numbering. I drove it about 20 miles home, and was very impressed with it. Here's a few pics:

Thanks guys...I'm excited. Need to get it all unwrapped and detailed up this weekend (and tint the windows). My first new Mustang since 1993, and the only one I've ever gotten to order.

WooHoo!! Congrats! Looks awesome. Is the cold air Kit a Ford deal? :woohoo:
Yepper...Ford's CAI and 3.73s. They also bumped up the rev limiter by 250 (I think) and put a different dampener up front. I haven't been anywhere near either, though. :No no:

awesome car Mike. Number 587 (the one in the dealership here) is headed to Arizona soon. The numbering sequences are weird for sure. You will really like the 3.73's and 6250 rpm will be hard to stay away from....:) Glad to see the rain didn't stop you from driving it too !! If you remember when we were going to buy the GT 500's the thing stopped us was not wanting to drive them in the rain etc. Screw that bro........I am gonna drive the wheels off my GT, however I have learned that the TCS is mandatory in the snow.....

Great car though, and post up some pics when you get her to the drag strip !!

Meet you in memphis TN for coffee some day????

Nice! :)

I still like the GT 500s, but I couldn't see spending the extra money (at least not then..maybe one day). You're right about the rain, but I'm sure this one won't see much, either.

My heart aches! But I am happy for you! Looks real, real good!
Is this something you would consider renting-out?
