Restoration (too much to list)
General highlights:

Engine Detail: (100 + Hours)
• Powder Coating:
o Valve Covers; Plenum; Throttle Body; Mass Air Flow Sensor; A/C Compressor 7 Bracket; Power Steering Pump; Smog Pump; Charcoal Canister; Hood Latch and pulleys.
o Cleaning: Underside of hood, all nuts/bolts, sheet metal, firewall etc.

Undercarriage Detail: (60 Hours)
• Cleaning:
o Undercarriage covered in high strength all purpose cleaner and pressure washed with hot water to remove all dirt and debris.
o Wheels removed and cleaned and polished inside and out.
o All suspension parts sanded and coated with “POR 15” to original factory specs.
o Calipers/Brake Drums/Brake Lines Painted
o Driveshaft sanded and coated with” POR15”.
o Sway bars removed and powder coated.
o Exhaust wet sanded with 600 and 2000 grit sandpaper and polished to new finish.
o There is not a spec of dirt or grease on the undercarriage. Everything polished and highly detailed.

Thanks guys for the cudos. Went to download some pics last night and could not find my cable to connect to my laptop. :eek:

Will keep looking. Completing the re-wiring (the correct way) of everything from the siren, wig-wags, radio, strobes today while the interior is still out. Everything is cut to fit, zip tied neatly and covered with wire loom.
