Well time has come to make some hard decisions and this is one that I must make. The car goes with everything that I have for it including 5 - 225/60/VR15 Gatorbacks. These are used but perfect for shows only. The car comes with 5 original steel 15X7 wheels with the correct caps. The antennas are correct and on the car. The rear lights are in the car and not hooked up to the CC1 which is with the car.

The list of parts for the restoration that come with the car are as follows.

1 Micor CHP radio & repeater(no correct control head)
1 Regency MX3000 scanner
1 CHP Federal Signal CC1 controller
1 MPA2 siren amplifier
1 shotgun rack
1 red light for the current spotlights
4 chrome trim rings for the wheels
1 CHP equipment box (replica)
1 set rear deck lights
1 repeater anttena
1 ASP side mount whip antenna
1 ford OEM antenna delete plate
1 Roxster maplight
1 Unitrol WigWag
I also have a lot of misc. OEM 85 gray interior pieces including a dash (no dashpad) driver door panel, kick panels, scuff plates and other items.

recent parts replaced
1 catalytic converter
1 OEM for Y-pipe
2 OEM 2001 Ford Mustang stainless steel mufflers
1 water pump
1 thermostat
1 belt
1 upper hose
carburetor has been replaced with a Edlebrock 600 CFM while the original can be rebuilt (waiting to be done)
The A/C was working when I bought the car but has stopped and might just need some freon.

There is a little rust on the bottom of the doors and a little under the front of the car on the driver side floor pan. Nothing has gone through. All the pictures should show any and all rust areas on the car.

I was using this car as a daily driver for a year and then parked it when I started working out of town.

I have a clean and clear Texas Title in my name in hand.

This car is very original as far as the body goes and the interior had been painted and swapped to black before the previous owner to me, Mike (ImEvil1 is the previous owner to me). I have installed a gray rear package tray as well as gray front and rear seats from a previous DPS Mustang that had cleaner seats installed.

I am asking $6500.00 as there will not be many restoration parts chasing needed as most of the more difficult items to find come with this car.

This is a very clean and original representation of a unmolested retired SSP...

$6500.00 FIRM...

All the pictures can be found on my cardomain site located in my signature.
I cannot get current pictures as I am out of town and will be back in on February 15th and can get more detailed pictures upon my return home.

The window tinting has been removed.

Good luck with the sale...wish I had more room, time, well....you already know. :)

It's a good, solid '85 CHP car.

$5750.00 FIRM

I would like to get this car sold soon. I will throw this onto eBay in the next 30 days. This car will drive any where and I would not worry about it myself if I had to drive this car 2000 miles. The only thing not working at this time is the A/C. It was working when I bought it but it is not now. I am sure there is a leak and that all it would need is a charge of R-12. It has some 205-55-15 tires on the wheels now that will get you where you need to go and will come with the 4 225-60-VR15 Goodyear Gatorbacks. This car does have 4 85 specific center caps and also 5 of the steel wheels. 4 of those wheels are on the car with the tires mentioned above.

OK, so I need to get this sold now and would like it to go to a good home.

I am willing to sell the car for $4800.00 as it sits with no equipment other than the side antenna and spotlights. I paid $4750.00 for this car several years ago.

I have added these parts since I bought it, waterpump, thermostat, belt, hoses, 2001 Ford mufflers and catalytic converter. The tires that are on the wheels now are small (205-60-15) and have some life left in them but will get you where you want to go. I may put this on eBay this weekend when at home. The reserve will be set a bit higher to cover the eBay fees.

This is how it looks now minus the window tint.

I guess this will be going to eBay soon! I will have to daily drive it until it sells. I just have to move it now. I am getting in a HUGE storage crunch and also need to take care of a few other items...

Make me an offer if you have one but be reasonable. When this goes to eBay it will have the antenna, spotlights and wheels (4).

I figured this would have sold to an SSP enthusiast before now. I just have hopes that it will not be torn up for a race car. I cannot keep holding onto it in hopes that it will find the "RIGHT PERSON".

Anyone? Friday will be the clean up and picture day for the eBay listing.

I guess this will go to the highest bidder. I don't have enough room anymore for all the projects and this is the one I know there is at least one other out there if not 2 or 3 that are already resotred in some form or fashion.

All the equipment will be listed on eBay the same day as well.

Good luck to all!

Thanks,
Matt

Looks 100% better. Tires look a little small, but can't beat free tires. :)

I may actually have another set of 225/60/15's that have quite a few miles left on them that I am going to throw on there as well as have the A/C charged up.

The A/C is up in the air as I am limited on funds till this car sells.
